Maintanence Clean includes but is not limited to:
Kitchen:
Countertops cleaned and sanitized.
Outside of range hood cleaned
Top and front of range cleaned
Sinks cleaned and disinfected.
The fronts of all appliances cleaned including stainless steel appliances
Floors mopped.
Cobwebs removed.
Bedrooms and Living areas:
Horizontal surfaces cloth dusted.
Stairs vacuumed.
All readily accessible floors vacuumed.
Hard surfaced floors swept and mopped.
Cobwebs removed.
Picture frames dusted.
Window sills dusted.
Ceiling fans dusted as needed
Knick-Knacks dusted. (some limits apply.)
Bathrooms:
Tile walls, bathtubs and showers cleaned and sanitized.
Shower doors cleaned and sanitized.
Vanity and sink cleaned and sanitized.
Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and sanitized.
Toilets cleaned and sanitized.
Horizontal surfaces cloth dusted.Deep Clean
Same as the Manitanence clean including extras such as:
Woodwork dusted ( includes baseboards, door jambs, window ledges)
Cabinet doors cleaned and wiped down.
